Your First Session

When you come for your first session, I will take a history and then I will measure points on your hands and feet. In each session I will measure, with the Chiren, approximately 120 points on your fingers and toes. You will receive two full light treatments in every session.

Session Length

  • First session: at least 2 hours
  • Following sessions: 1.5–2 hours

Please be on time.

How to Prepare

  • Come with clean hands and feet
  • No lotions or oils on your hands and feet

After Your Session

Please drink plenty of water for 72 hours following each session. This means at least a half gallon of water a day, in addition to your other liquids, for three days following each session.

Important Notes

There are a few people we cannot treat:

  • Anyone who has had an organ transplant of any kind, including bone marrow
  • Anyone with a shunt from the brain into the chest
  • If you have had a blood transfusion, you’ll need to wait 6 months
  • Men who have had a vasectomy may or may not have results
